Every year on 21st June, the International Day of Yoga, the world celebrates the age-old practice that helps us maintain harmony and balance in our minds, bodies, and lives. It is a wonderful practice that promotes physical and mental well-being, and we believe it is essential for a healthy lifestyle. It also offers us a path to self-discovery, and we are ever grateful for it!

With a holistic approach to education, The Niranjana School understands and relies on the power of yoga to transform young minds and nurture growth. This year, special yoga sessions were conducted for our students. These sessions were led by experienced instructors who guided the students through various yoga postures and breathing exercises. They encouraged and explained the benefits of yoga. Dressed in comfortable clothing suitable for the exercise, our students were eager to gain a deeper understanding of the practice.
