
The Niranjana School marked International Day of Yoga on 21st June 2025 with inspiring activities centred on mind-body harmony.
The celebration began with a captivating stage performance, where students showcased the balance, flexibility, and inner strength that yoga nurtures through breathtaking asanas. This was followed by a collective guided yoga session on the school grounds, where students and teachers practised various postures and breathing techniques. Led by our dedicated sports teachers, the space was transformed into one of calm and mindfulness.
This year’s event highlighted yoga’s profound benefits: enhancing concentration, reducing stress, improving health, and encouraging a more balanced lifestyle. It served as a powerful reminder that yoga is not just a form of exercise, but a meaningful connection to oneself and the world, promoting healthier, more focused, and harmonious lives for all.
