Visiting the chocolate factory was a very delightful excursion for the students from Classes I to V, a trip which combined both education and indulgence.
Upon arrival at the factory, the students were greeted with the tantalising aroma of chocolate and candies, setting the stage for the upcoming exciting journey. The students were guided through the lengthy process of chocolate-making, which usually begins with sourcing cocoa beans from cocoa farmers all around the world, and the process of melting sugar, which is added later into the bitter cocoa concentrate to make it much sweeter.
They also learned about the candy-making process, ingredients, and even the history of candy, which was very informative and fun.
Nearing the end of the visit, the students were given a lot of chocolates and candies to taste.
