What happens when literature moves beyond poems, books and debates? At LITFEST 2026, it found its way into comedy and rap!
The third day of the literary celebration, conducted by NDPS School, gave our students the opportunity to explore contemporary forms of expression.
Stand-Up Comedy – Grades 9–12
- Riza Sabreen of Grade 11
Working with the theme of social issues, Riza used humour and thoughtful observations to bring her perspective to the stage.
English Rap Song – Grades 9–12
- Maitreyee Tiwari of Grade 11
Taking on the theme “Change the World”, Maitreyee combined rhythm with original expression to communicate her ideas through rap.
From humour to rhythm, the day showed our students that meaningful ideas can find expression in many different forms.
