On 1st October 2024, our school celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with great enthusiasm and reverence. The event began with an inspiring speech on Mahatma Gandhi, highlighting his contributions to India’s independence and his philosophy of non-violence. The UKG students added joy to the occasion with a beautiful dance performance, depicting Gandhiji’s life values.
Following this, a heartfelt speech was delivered on the life and leadership of Lal Bahadur Shastri, focusing on his simplicity and integrity, inspiring all the students. The little wonders from UKG Nigella recited a Hindi poem in honour of Lal Bahadur Shastri with fervour, capturing the essence of his legacy.
The event concluded with a high-energy dance performance by Grade 2 Nigella, offering a vibrant tribute to Gandhiji. The celebration was a perfect blend of education, culture, and patriotism, leaving the audience motivated and proud of our country’s great leaders.
